Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for Jr Financial Analyst located in Sao Jose Dos Campos, Brazil.

The Supply Chain Finance team is involved in managing the financial aspects of a company's supply chain, which includes the processes involved in sourcing, producing, and delivering products or services to customers. This includes managing costs, mitigating risk, and optimizing performance across the entire supply chain. Supply chain finance professionals typically work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into supply chain decision-making processes. They analyze data and report on supply chain performance metrics, develop financial strategies, and implement plans to realize cost-saving opportunities. Overall, supply chain finance plays a critical role in ensuring that a company's supply chain operates efficiently and effectively.

The Jr Financial Analyst role will be responsible for developing and Supporting the implementation of financial strategies that optimize the performance of the supply chain. They will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that cost, risk, and efficiency are managed effectively across the entire supply chain. This role requires an individual who is able to communicate effectively and make strategic decisions that drive business growth.

What You Will Do

The Jr Financial Analyst may be responsible for the following:

General Responsibilities

• Support the business planning & forecast cycles, month-end financial close and budget vs actuals analysis for Supply Chain Spend

• Support the preparationof management decks to help inform and drive fact-based decisions

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze and optimize aspects of the supply chain value chain

• Business partnering (i.e. Tax, Compliance, Supply Chain, Leadership Teams)

• Collaborate and use best practices to provide strategic analytic support to the team and organization

• Partner with finance leadership to give insights into financial performance

• Ensure compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies, and procedures

• Keep up to date on Supply Chain market trends and examine key indicators

• Build and foster a transparent & collaborative partnership with the other key finance teams (PIC, Regional SC, Global Source)

• Share business and financial best practices/procedures

• Focus on process improvement and standardization

• Participate in other special projects as needed

• Performs other duties assigned as needed

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management

• A minimum of 2 years finance or related business experience is required (Supply Chain experience would be preferred)

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

• Cost and Inventory accounting experience

• Strong financial modeling skills

• The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

• Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with systems mainly SAP / Microsoft office / Business Intelligence Tools

• Experience as Finance or related business partner

• Compliance background and experience
