What you will do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labeling Portfolio & Process Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in labeling processes, with a background in areas like regulatory compliance, packaging development, or project management. This key role provides leadership and ownership of a synthesized, integrated and holistic portfolio of labeling projects across key brands, in order to plan resources, provide guidance, and own execution for all data inputs required of labeling. Success of this role will be dependent upon the ability to collaborate and influence decisions and content across various levels of leadership and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement labeling processes for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with regulatory and brand requirements and company standards

• Manage a portfolio of brands and projects related to labeling processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion

• Manage labeling projects from start to finish, overseeing all aspects of the process including design, content ingestion and approval

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and allocate resources accordingly

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, quality assurance and marketing, to ensure labeling requirements are met

• Develop and maintain labeling databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in label management systems

• Continuously evaluate and improve labeling processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

• Provide guidance and training to team members and business partners on labeling processes and best practices

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations and best practices related to labeling processes

• Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to established goals and objectives

• Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with labeling process projects, ensuring timely resolution of issue

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (for example, but not limited to: engineering, life sciences, regulatory affairs)

• At least 5 years of experience in labeling processes, preferably with a combination of industries

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA, EMA) related to labeling

• Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and labeling and artworks approval softwares.
