Job Description:

The Regional PS Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing various patient support initiatives within the organization. This role will lead projects aimed at enhancing the value perception of HCPs and patients, ensure compliance with quality standards, and generate actionable data insights.

The Coordinator will organize the Patient Solutions Council, facilitate regional collaboration, and share best practices across teams to promote effective program implementation.

This role encompasses project management, quality compliance, data analysis, council coordination, and fostering regional synergies.

This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

Responsibilities:

Patient Solutions Projects Coordination: Lead operational optimization projects focused on improving HCP and patient value perception, including CRM and Digital initiatives, virtual nurse visits, and user experience enhancements.

Quality & Compliance Management: Manage quality issues and CAPA records for Patient Support Programs (PSP) and Diagnostic Support Programs (DSP), coordinate service level monitoring, develop compliance-focused SOPs, and support vendor management.

Analysis & Data Insights Generation: Conduct analysis to generate business insights, define KPIs, perform cost-benefit analyses, and evaluate new metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive decision-making.

Administrative Activities: coordinate Patient Solutions Council (organize council meetings, prepare agendas and presentations, take minutes, and ensure effective communication among participants to support patient care initiatives) and perform area budget control, contracts and POs management.

Regional Synergies Identification and Fostering: Facilitate collaboration across the region by creating forums, sharing best practices, and supporting local teams in quickly implementing benchmark insights for enhanced program delivery.

CRM Management: Coordinate within CRM Governance the interaction with clusters, being responsible for understand clusters needs, elaborate updated CRM & PS Solutions training manual & glossary and Follow-up on support requests by local PSP teams & data quality issues within the CRM

Regional materials process: Coordinate briefing, follow-up meetings, material validation, IMR approval flow and maintenance of PSP/DSP materials repository updated

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Health Sciences, or other.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Patient Solutions, project management, processes improvement.
  • English and Spanish proficiency level - Advanced.
