We are searching for the best talent for Innovation Lead to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Purpose:
This role is not about product innovation — it’s about identifying and unlocking operational opportunities tied to our Country Value Teams (CVTs) across LATAM. The Innovation Lead is responsible for mapping pain points and opportunities across business areas and leading initiatives that bring new capabilities to the company, such as artificial intelligence solutions, CRM platforms, and other digital enablers that drive efficiency, learning, and value creation.
You will be responsible for:
• Identify business challenges and opportunities across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead and co-create innovation processes that introduce new capabilities to the company (e.g., AI, CRM, digital tools).
• Drive execution of pilot initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Ensure value realization by tracking and communicating the tangible outcomes of innovation efforts.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between clusters, COEs, and IT teams.
• Promote external recognition through awards, publications, and thought leadership.
• Improve communication and experience for internal clients, ensuring clarity and consistency from briefing to delivery.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Professionals with at least 5 years of work experience in innovation, marketing, and sales roles is preferred.
A background in the pharmaceutical industry is not required.
Candidate must have a driver's license.
Fluent in english and spanish
