We are searching for the best talent for a
Global Supply Network Planning to be located at São José dos Campos, Brazil.
The
Global Supply Network Planning oversees planning analytics for the Global Supply Network Planning team and supports the Global Demand Sales & Operations Planning (S& OP) process.
Additionally, this role involves business planning, coordinating the global inventory strategy and related activities, and driving global service management and product allocations. The goal is to meet key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, customer service, and inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities: - Support line-item fill rate (LIFR) targets and drive continuous improvements in this area.
- Gather data analytics to enhance decision management tools, including BO projection reports, weekly publications, and management decks.
- Ensure adherence to S& OP processes and promote ongoing improvements.
- Assist the inventory management team with the analytics needed to meet targets and optimize activities.
- Conduct supply chain activities related to network planning, focusing on inventory allocations and promise availability, while optimizing inventory in the distribution network.
- Prepare and present supporting data and decks for demand S& OP meetings.
- Ensure high integrity of demand and forecast data in franchise demand planning activities.
- Adhere to the monthly forecast upload cycle.
- Report on forecast consumption and forecast accuracy.
- Contribute to the global business planning process, leading efforts for the US region.
- Provide analytical and technical support for the assigned product portfolio and facilitate communication between functions.
- Assist in the introduction of new products.
- Ensure alignment of demand planning, S& OP, and business planning processes with global objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for the Supply Network Planners regarding demand and forecast-related activities in the franchise.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including marketing, finance, and supply chain partners.
Education, Experience and Skills: Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
- 2-4 years as Global Supply Planner.
- Knowledge in SAP and Excel
- Hands on working experience with one or more of the following: inventory/planning/order management/ MRP computer systems/financial processes
- Advanced English level, as this position will work on corporate scenario, supporting multiple sites world-wide
Preferred: - Process Excellence, IBF and/or APICS certification preferred.
- Need to be studying Masters in related field
- Must have excellent proven problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Must have good interpersonal skills to effectively utilize influence management techniques.
- Spanish (intermediate level)
