Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a(n) Analyst End to End Planning, located in San Jose Dos Campos.

Contributes to the end-to-end planning department as an entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision. Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall supply chain strategy. Applies theoretical knowledge of the end-to-end planning field to carry out procedures and plans for the area.

Key Responsibilities:

Contributes to supply chain optimization processes, supply chain synchronization processes, and recovery planning efforts.

Assists with the assessment of the multi-echelon impact of supply disruptions and recommends prioritized actions to resolve and balance all relevant trade-offs. Contributes to less complex components of projects, programs, or processes for the end-to-end planning area.

Supports the optimization of the E2E value stream within the current SC infrastructure.

Participates in IBP Process to provide visibility of risks and opportunities and to drive E2E decisions (includes Coordinated Reconciliation and Supply Review meetings).

Supports implementation of best practices in E2E planning.

Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• • Previous planning experience.
  • English from intermediate for reading, speaking and writing, for regional interaction.
