Your Role: Supply Chain Analyst

This role is critical for the successful execution of intercompany operations, managing everything from arranging domestic and international shipments and ensuring EX/IM compliance, to performing replenishment transactions. It's also responsible for monitoring affiliate inventory levels and proactively providing recommendations to maintain healthy stock. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to prioritize, and exposure to logistics and manufacturing planning at Elanco, all within a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Customer Service & Logistics Coordination: Provide top-tier customer service for all intercompany shipments, managing documentation, freight, and resolving issues like damage or delays, with special attention to complex export orders.
  • Proactive Inventory Monitoring & Supply Optimization: Regularly review affiliate inventory levels, identify changing requirements, and offer recommendations and risk strategies to maintain healthy stock and efficient demand management.
  • SAP Purchase Order Management & Communication: Accurately create and modify purchase orders in SAP, ensuring timely communication of all changes in product availability or delivery timing to key stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & New Product Support: Build strong relationships across departments (e.g., Manufacturing, Regulatory) and assist in coordinating new product launches to ensure alignment and supply availability.
  • Process Improvement & Project Management: Manage ICOS team projects, ensure proper documentation and training, and support the resolution of supply issues and shipping prioritization to minimize market impacts.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Supply Chain Expertise & Education: Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain concepts, including manufacturing, logistics, EX/IM, SAP, and regulatory processes, supported by a degree in Supply Chain Management (or CPIM certification/equivalent experience). English proficient. Spanish optional (B1-B2)
  • Interpersonal & Collaborative Skills: Demonstrated customer service focus, a proven track record in conflict resolution and problem-solving, and excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence.
  • Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Possesses proven learning agility to quickly adapt to new challenges and environments.

  • APICS certification

  • Travel: 0 - 10%
  • Location: São Paulo / Brazil
  • One-year temporary contract
