Your Job

Due to the increasing growth of our company, Molex group in Jesewitz, Saxony, are looking for an experienced and committed Customer Quality Engineer (m/f/d) as soon as possible who will be responsible for coordinating complaint processing and communicating with our customers. You work independently and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas to the further development of quality management.

Our Team

Our company forms a future-oriented and innovative team in the area of quality management and assurance that constantly adapts to changing requirements and strives for new solutions. The quality team currently consists of 10 colleagues and is divided into the areas of quality assurance and quality management. In the role of Customer Quality Engineer (m/f/d) you report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager at FCT electronic GmbH.

What You Will Do
  • Coordination of complaint processing and statements to customers as well as processing of complaints in the relevant portals
  • Further development of complaint management
  • Measuring and improving customer satisfaction
  • Analysis of manufacturing processes including initiating, carrying out and supporting error and weak point analyses as well as defining and monitoring optimization measures
  • Coordination of quality-relevant activities in collaboration with the departments
  • Creation of technical documentation
  • Increasing quality awareness through training
  • Planning and conducting audits
  • Participation in FMEAs and derivation of measures
  • Creation of key figures for the quality report


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • You have successfully completed technical training or technical university studies
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management would be an advantage
  • You are confident in the use of QM methods and tools (FMEA, 5W, 8D, SPC, Ishikawa, PAPP etc.)
  • You have an analytical and systematic way of working as well as high process affinity
  • You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, strong teamwork and communication skills as well as intercultural competence
  • You are eager to learn and have an innovative way of thinking
  • You have good knowledge of German and English
  • You are willing to travel (including international travel)


What Will Put You Ahead
  • You have 3 years of experience with the quality management tools Ishikawa, 8D, 5W, and others.
