District Sales Manager – Regina, SK

Your Role: Champion Small Business in Your Region

As a District Sales Manager, you'll represent CFIB in Regina by:

  • Engaging directly with small business owners in your assigned territory
  • Building strong relationships through in-person meetings
  • Presenting the value of CFIB’s membership and services
  • Managing renewals and ensuring member satisfaction
  • Representing local business needs and being a trusted voice in your community

What You Bring:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
  • Business acumen or an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Self-motivation, resilience, goal-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

What You’ll Get:

  • Base salary + uncapped commissions + quarterly bonuses
  • $80K–$90K+ annually (some earn even more)
