In this role, you will:

Will be responsible for onboarding vendors to our new global supplier portal as well as implementing and maintaining the organization's procurement catalogue for suppliers in LAO region, which is a database of all the goods and services that the organization purchases. This role will support the Digital Transformation Project before Go-Live and will be continued in operational team after project ends.

  • Confirm and collect supplier contacts with regional and global category managers.
  • Processing new supplier onboarding requests through the supplier portal and performing the required risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to enable them into Coupa Supplier Portal and communicate portal requirements and project timeline
  • Serve as the supplier point of contact before and after go-live
  • Track and report supplier onboarding & content readiness
  • Review and process Master Data change requests submitted via the supplier portal or the group mailbox.
  • Support XML transmission mapping for purchase orders and invoices, including troubleshooting of potential issues
  • Resolve issues, concerns, or questions related to the new platform including onboarding queries
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop supplier hosted & punch-out catalogues
  • Manage the procurement catalogue database, including adding new items, updating existing items, and removing obsolete items
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the procurement catalogue.
  • Analyse data from the procurement catalogue to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements
  • Assist with the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement or a related fields

  • Experience with supplier portals (Taulia or Coupa).

  • Fluent level of English spoken and written are essential.

  • Procurement: Advanced knowledge of procurement processes and principles, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience and lead presentations or training sessions

  • Deseriable Portuguese

  • Deseriable experience working on migrations of suppliers

  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, problem solving, interpersonal skills and a solid record of achieving results.

  • Deseriable knowledge of SAP
