Your mission:

We have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Manufacturing HR team in Telford, UK. If you have a good understanding of UK employment law and practices; if among your experiences you have had an opportunity to manage complex HR projects, experience of working in lean manufacturing environments, and above all you have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills then this might be the right role for you!

What will you do:
  • You will, in constant partnership with his/her business leader, proposes efficient HR solutions (costs time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantees the application of Group and Country HR policies.
  • You will contribute to the design of organizations (resources, processes) to suit business challenges.
  • You will manage the People aspect of the Schneider Performance System (Performance Competency Management, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion).
  • Also, you will coordinate, with the site leader, the resources business needs within the framework of the organization.
  • You will also lead the implementation of change management processes.
  • Coordinate and guarantee that the HR processes and programs (Performance & Development Reviews, Global Salary Review, Succession Planning, People Review, One Voice surveys etc) are correctly carried out around the company values.
  • You will contribute to people development (key talents and individual cases in line with regulations and values).
  • You will drive Learning and Development initiatives at site level.
  • You will manage labour relations and legal aspects for the entity.
  • You will contribute to occupational health and wellbeing initiatives
  • You will be responsible for the data accuracy and integrity for the site HR Information Systems.


What will make you successful:
  • You should have at least 4 years of experience in a related commercially focus HR role.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills are critical to this role
  • You need to be a self-starter and enthusiastic
  • You should have a degree or similar qualification
  • You must be CIPD qualified (Charted Institute of Personnel and Development) or Equivalent
