Sr. Operational Excellence Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team located in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

The successful candidate will be part of the Schaffhausen Business Excellence and responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and leads the assessment of operational processes prior to digitalization in the MES system
• Aiming to make all processes digital ready for flawless transfer into the different digital solution.
• Process mapping and improvement to eliminate nonvalue adding steps prior to digitalization of the process.
• Training, coaching and Lean certification of projects teams

• Participates in site community of practice to exchange on best practices, potential for continuous improvement

Qualifications

Qualification and Experience

• Several years of Operations and / or Digital experience
• Experience with MES systems
• Strongly skilled in process improvement and structural problem solving
• Strong desire to contribute, be held accountable and be rewarded for delivering value and robust results
• Preferred: Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt or Greenbelt
• Must be proficient in English
