Purpose: The purpose of this position is to drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives within the Optical Inspection department by supporting key projects, leading process enhancement activities, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to ensure operational excellence in a compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support projects such as MES improvements, qualification strategies, new equipment implementations within the Optical Inspection department
  • Lead Gemba+ and 5S walks within OI
  • Find opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement of existing processes
  • Ensure hands on, proactive business support for OI Operations, support the identification and realization of continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the stakeholders to support effective project execution.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance or MSAT.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority, across functional teams and different levels of organization leadership
  • Support of non-conformances and investigations

Preferred:

  • Experience in a Pharmaceutical and/or other cGMP environment
  • Experience in Visual Inspection

Other:

  • Requires fluency in German
  • Good problem-solving skills and a “can do” mentality
