We are seeking a motivated and creative Communication Support Intern to join our team and contribute to the promotion of major investment projects in Schaffhausen. This role is ideal for a dynamic self-starter with a strong interest in internal communication, sustainability, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging content (written and photographic) to promote major site investment projects to internal audiences and local stakeholders.
Manage internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, notice boards).
Support the WeSustain Team in driving employee engagement in sustainability-related initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
Help coordinate internal events and campaigns related to sustainability and investment project awareness.
Track and report communication effectiveness using basic analytics tools.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communications, Organizational Studies, or a related field.
Previous hands-on experience in HR, communications, or organizational projects through internships or student roles.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
Experience using digital tools for communication (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, Canva, or similar).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and proactive way.
Fluency in German and English.
