EM BCC Senior Marketing Manager

In this role, you will:
Responsibility
In partnership with the director, lead the marketing growth strategy for Baby & Child Care for Enterprise Markets, with clear prioritization.
Develop cohesive and consumer-inspired strategy, plans, communications, and toolkits that deliver key growth priorities to enable financial sector growth goals by working closely with and influencing cross-functional and multi-national business teams.
Business Partner EM (100 markets in total; focus on 10) to drive brand penetration growth and premiumization.
Define and deliver the 3-year innovation pipeline rooted in local consumer needs and aligned with brand architecture. Partner with local teams to move fast with max adoption.
Partner with the consumer engagement team to develop strategic consumer engagement initiatives to advance the brand’s digital vision in the region across paid/earned/shared/owned channels.
Partner with agencies to develop winning Brand & Comms toolkits, connections strategy. Drive for max adoption cross markets.

In one of our marketing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Requirement
Min 8 years of experience in FMCG or Pharma Marketing roles.
Regional/global or multi-country management experience is a must.
Brand building experience specifically in consumer insights, new product development, communication, campaign development.
Innovation development experience.
Some experience leading digital initiatives is preferred.
Previous experience building, budgeting, and executing both long-term strategic and short-term operational marketing plans that have resulted in above average business growth and performance.
Understanding of key business drivers and able to identify and capitalize on consumer trends and insights to develop breakthrough business-building strategies and programs to influence the plans across the lead markets.
Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and commercial grounding of the GTM process.
Team player, ability to work efficiently in cross-functional and multi-national teams.
