This role is an onsite opportunity.

Working Time: 40 hours/week. Monday – Friday. We are currently hiring for 02 kinds of shifts (please be specific in your application):

• • Night shift: 10: 00 PM – 07: 00 AM
  • Split shift: 8 AM - 12 PM (on-site) & 8 PM - 12 AM (work from home)

Work location: Helios Building, 5th Floor, Quality Tech Software Complex, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will:

• Set up clients with new Trading Partners via a portal. Gather information from new trading partners.
• Build/Maintain Trading Partner records
• Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure the target go-live date for the customer is met
• Participate in problem-solving activities and escalate issues to relevant teams
• Report to team management as well as involved project coordinator

Requirements for Success:

• Proficient in English; Must be personable and confident in communication via telephone, and well-written professionally via email.
• Strongly knowledgeable in analyzing and solving problems
• Strong customer service etiquette and customer courtesy
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Able to work solo or as part of a team
• Must be able to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work well in a team setting, to reach team and department goals
• Can work under high pressure
• Strong communication skills (English), both written and verbal.
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in AI-augmented environments by applying AI tools to enhance productivity, while exercising sound human judgment and accountability.
• Identifies automation opportunities within existing processes
