We are seeking an On-Site Operative for DHL Express who will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service that aligns with customer needs. This role is critical in raising DHL's profile within the customer’s organisation, maximising business opportunities, and strengthening the partnership through added value. The successful candidate will leverage logistics expertise to oversee the customer experience, ensuring accurate processing of all outbound and inbound paperwork to meet published transit times. Additionally, the On-Site Operative will provide proactive customer service through DHL's IT platform or direct communication, while ensuring compliance with all specialist shipping requirements, including those for Dangerous Goods.
A successful candidate for the On-Site Operative position at DHL Express will possess a strong commitment to customer service excellence and a deep understanding of logistics operations. They will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage with customers and represent DHL positively within the client organization. The ideal individual will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that all outbound and inbound paperwork is processed accurately and efficiently to meet transit time commitments. A keen attention to detail is essential, particularly in adhering to compliance regulations for specialist shipping requirements, including Dangerous Goods. Additionally, the candidate will be adaptable and collaborative, thriving in a dynamic environment while contributing to the overall success of the business partnership.
