Job Description:

At Vitalant, Your impact is vital. As a Fixed Site or Mobile Phlebotomist you will be creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donor. As a Fixed Site Phlebotomist you will be in one of our fixed sites around the Metro Area and as a Mobile Phlebotomist you will have the opportunity to host blood drives around the region! After engaging in our 10-week training program, you will have the opportunity to save lives every day and have a vital impact on your community.

Vitalant is offering a $2, 000 hiring bonus for candidates who join our team in April 2026! Eligible new hires will receive $1, 000 at six months of employment and an additional $1, 000 at one year.

Potential Schedule: Monday through Friday, Occasional weekends and 3 overnight stays per month (All expenses paid, and Hotel room provided)

8 weeks of PAID training in Fargo, ND (Hotel room provided).

START DATE: 4/13/2026

Base pay: $16.45 - $17.15/ hour

Other compensation: 5% mobile premium Plus $2000 Sign- On- Bonus
