Description

We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented beta tester to help us refine our latest product before launch. In this role, you'll get early access to new features, explore the product like a real user, and provide clear, constructive feedback that helps our development team identify bugs, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement. If you enjoy finding what others miss and want to make a real impact on the quality of a product, we'd love to have you on board.

Requirements

Proven experience testing digital products, apps, or software (professional or volunteer).
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or usability issues.
Excellent written communication skills for reporting bugs and providing feedback.
Ability to follow detailed testing instructions and meet deadlines.
Comfortable using bug tracking or feedback tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Google Sheets, etc.).
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or mobile device compatible with testing requirements.
Ability to think like an end user while maintaining a critical, analytical mindset.
Availability to dedicate 5-10 hours per week during the beta testing period.

We have a network of about 115 donation centers across the U.S. and host approximately 60, 000 blood drives annually. Vitalant provides blood and special services to patients in about 900 hospitals across the U.S. - millions of people depend on blood donations from our generous volunteer donors.
