About the Role As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Complex Behavioral, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Youll help them build independence, navigate daily routines, and live fulfilling lives. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily living tasks (meal prep, personal care, light housekeeping). Implement Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs) and handle de-escalation with empathy. Safely administer medications (training provided). Accompany individuals on fun outings, community activities, and appointments. Maintain complete daily documentation and log notes in our EHR system. Qualifications Age: Must be at least 18 years old. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Screening: Must pass a background check and drug screening. Physical Ability: Able to lift 50 lbs and assist individuals with mobility/transfers. Schedule: Flexible to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior caregiving experience and a valid Drivers License are a plus, but not required! Ready to make a difference?
