We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Lead Dining Room Server. You will be the Lead Supervisor assisting in managing dining staff, taking orders, serving meals, provide a friendly, inviting, and quality dining experience for residents and guests. You will also serve at special events and catered functions. The ideal candidate would: •Have three to five years of progressive experience and demonstrated success in managing staff. •Be willing to work every other weekend and holiday •Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction. •Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time •Be able to read, write, and speak English •Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors Benefits: Touchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
