Shipping Associate

$2, 500 HIRING BONUS JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for picking, packing, and processing orders, assembling LTL pallet orders and day to day warehouse tasks. PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES · Pick, pack, and process orders · Ensure proper procedures and safe equipment operations are followed · Work closely with Fulfillment Manager to ensure that job requirements are satisfactorily met · Assemble LTL pallet orders · Unload transfers, deliveries · Looks for continuous improvements in both productivity and quality · Capitalize on opportunities with urgency, commitment and responsiveness while supporting the customer and company needs · Maintain a clean and safe work environment · Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS · Knowledge of Windows based computer system · Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. · Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. · Ability to drive a forklift. · Problem solving abilities.
