• Demonstrate business and sales leadership and drive team of industrial automation business unit.
• Develop & Grow Channel Partner business for Automation, Drives and SCADA systems.
• Forecast correctly and manage top and bottom lines assigned to Business Unit
• Closely monitor the opportunity portfolio and develop a strong pipeline.
• Create program and initiatives to lead the country channel partners to enter key markets.

Who are we looking for? - This job might be for you if:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 8 to 10 Experience years of Experience
• Excellent understanding of the channel sales
• Excellent understanding on aspects of Industrial Automation PLC's & Drives etc. with Channels Management Background (Distributors, System integrators and OEM)
• Capable of leveraging relationships with partners and key end users.
• Good teamwork capabilities
