Responsibilities
- Provideexceptionalguestserviceandassistwithcheck-ins, check-outs, andreservations.
- Auditandbalanceguestandhotelaccountsduringtheovernightshift.
- Postroomcharges, processpayments, andcompletedailyfinancialreports.
- Answerphonecallsandrespondtoguestinquiriesprofessionally.
- Maintainthecleanlinessandorganizationofthefrontdeskandlobbyareas.
- Assistwithbreakfastsetup, laundry, andotherhoteloperationsasneeded.
- Followallhotelsafety, security, andoperatingprocedures.
Qualifications
- Strongcustomerserviceandcommunicationskills.
- Excellentattentiontodetailandorganizationalabilities.
- Basiccomputerandmathskills.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandhandlemultipletasks.
- Previoushotel, frontdesk, cashhandling, orcustomerserviceexperiencepreferredbutnotrequired.
