Production Assembler

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a 1st Shift Production Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components into finished products used in athletic training and chiropractic care. This position involves working with hand tools, following work instructions, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to an efficient and organized manufacturing environment. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssemble components into finished products in accordance with Pivotal Health Solutions' quality and time standardsUse hand tools, fixtures, and testing equipment to complete product buildsFollow established assembly procedures using detailed work instructionsMaintain a clean and organized workstation to support efficient productionComplete production and quality documentation accurately and on timeUse the Kanban system to restock parts and materials as neededPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentManufacturing assembly experience and/or strong mechanical aptitudeGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentBasic computer knowledge for documentation and communicationSoldering and electrical assembly experience preferredWoodshop or wood fabrication experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience with CNC equipment or processes BenefitsPivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.
