About the Internship
Internal Audit is responsible for providing an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard LLCs operations. Internal Audit' s purpose is to help management accomplish its objectives by bringing a systemic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Proficient with Word and Excel software programs.
• Perform audits of various areas throughout the organization.
• Document issues identified through the audits.
• Work with audit team on various projects.
• Flexible and willing to learn.
• Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly.

Skills and Qualifications

• Applicant should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education with field of study in accounting, audit, data analytics, or business degree is a plus
• Possess intermediate to exceptional PC skills
• Ability to be patient and attentive to detail
• Excellent written, verbal and listening skills as well as the ability to use positive language
• Time management skills
