We have exciting seasonal opportunities available for:

• Champagne Bar Mixologists – shake, stir & impress!
• Be the star behind the bar – mix, shake, stir, and serve with style, skill, and personality.
• Drop cocktail knowledge bombs – share fun facts, trivia, and stories about spirits that keep guests intrigued and entertained.
• Get creative – design unique, seasonal, and Instagram-worthy cocktails that make people say, “I’ll have what they’re having.”
• Talk the talk – recommend drinks with confidence and charm; you’ll be the go-to for guests who don’t know what they want (yet).
• Make art in a glass – presentation matters! Your drinks should look as good as they taste.
• Thrive in the fast lane – keep the energy up and drinks flowing in a high-volume, high-vibe environment.
• Keep it clean, classy & cool – maintain top-tier cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
• Team vibes only – support your fellow bartenders and servers to keep things smooth and fun.

Pay: From £12.60 per hour + service charge
Contract: November 2025 – 2nd January 2026

What you’ll need:

• Full right to work in the UK
• Experience in a customer-facing hospitality role — personality is everything!
