Description:

A3 Communications, one of America's Fastest Growing IT and Security Integrators and one of South Carolina's 25 Fastest Growing Companies, is seeking to hire a Receivable Accountant for their Irmo, South Carolina headquarters.

The Receivable Accountant is responsible for assisting the Sr. Accounting Manager in the daily operations of the receivable department. This position is responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date organized records and will have contact with a variety of staff members, vendors, and customers which requires strong interpersonal communication skills - both written and verbal. The Receivable Accountant will report to the Sr. Accounting Manager. The position is M-F in the Irmo, SC office with a flexible hourly schedule.

Essential Functions:
  • Invoice Customers by Matching the Customer PO and Quote for tickets, projects, sales orders, and agreements
  • Correspond with customers to resolve invoice errors
  • Coordinate with PMs about when the projects will be estimated ready for billing before end of month
  • Review the Wizard Monthly for any missed Projects/Tickets that were closed and not billed
  • Calculate Monthly Sales Commissions
  • Mail Customer Invoices
  • Process Reports requested by Corporate

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
