Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our skilled nursing environment. This role is essential in ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and oversee direct nursing care based on care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately
- Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care outcomes
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Current, active RN license in South Carolina (in good standing)
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all required continuing education
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
