As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products through our supply chain. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production processes to meet customer demands while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing costs. Your analytical skills and strategic thinking will be key in driving continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.
What will you do?- Define and Update Supply Parameters: Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management, including ramp-up and ramp-down, to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock and express cost.
- Data Quality and Consistency: Ensure the quality and consistency of key data, such as lead time, quantity, and stocking policy.
- Resources Balance: Manage the continuous needs/resources balance (MRP) for raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
- Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers to manage customer needs and improve their performance through root cause actions, 8D, and Kaizen events.
- Large Project Planning/Delivery: Manage planning and delivery for large projects to ensure warehouse availability.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to plan and organize effectively and has strong decision-making skills.
- Proficient with using computers and familiar with applications (Q2C, access, excel).

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?- Degree preferred, not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education.
- Have experience in a manufacturing setting
- SAP experience is preferred but not required
- 1-3 years in Planning and Procurement
