Description:

The Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining Data Quality, working closely with the Data Governance team and all facilities at the regional level, supporting Digital transformation, LTIP Projects, and Continuous improvement initiatives to ensure data quality. The DA has an in-depth understanding of the Data lifecycle. Will ensure smooth business operations through prompt and accurate master data preparation by working closely with the different Data Quality Managers, Data Domain Owners, Key Users, Supply planners, and End users who are responsible for creating, maintaining, and deleting data, i.e., Material item master, PIR, SL, BOMs, and Routings depending on the need.

Specific Duties:

• Coordinate Regional, Plant level

• Administer One shuttle

• Improve On time rate in One shuttle Workflow.

• Identify process and quality gaps and to resolve data issues in a timely manner

• Establish and maintain an ongoing process for measuring master data process activity (number or requests and their cycle times) and data quality.

• Prepare and publish monthly data quality report in collaboration to understand root cause and take corrective actions to avoid inconsistencies in data

• Evaluate business impact and lost opportunity due to poor data quality

• Provide localized training.

• Support new modules, releases, and projects deployment by ensuring data creation or modifications.

• Ensure Role assignment per user in the plant without risks and violations.

• Audit every quarter the SAP access users

Required skills:

• Data Migration or Life cycle on Master Data is helpful.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Management.

• SAP experience / ERP experience

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Operational experience in the domain.

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Strong analytical, numerical, math, statistics skills.
