Key Responsibilities - Support complex customer projects involving custom and engineered low voltage motor control center applications, providing technical guidance on product application, equipment layout, and configuration.
- Review customer specifications, one-lines, bills of material, drawings, and related technical documentation to define scope and quotation requirements.
- Partner with Project Engineering and other cross-functional teams to develop practical, competitive, and executable solutions.
- Support technical and commercial quotation inputs, including responses to application questions, pricing, lead-time, and cost inputs for non-standard or engineered scope.
- Initiate feasibility reviews and escalate technical, application, or standards-related questions when customer requirements fall outside standard offerings or ETO design delegations.
- As the role evolves, work with transformation and cross-functional teams to strengthen quotation speed, consistency, and execution readiness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve quotation quality based on quote assumptions, estimates, and project outcomes.
What qualifications will make you successful? - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in application engineering, low voltage equipment design, quotation support, estimating, ETO engineering, manufacturing cost analysis, or related technical work.
- Strong ability to interpret customer specifications, one-lines, drawings, bills of material, and overall technical scope.
- Knowledge of low voltage motor control center design, installation, and use.
- Ability to support technical discussions related to customer applications, custom configurations, and engineered solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work across functions and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101, 600 - USD 152, 400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
