Join our manufacturing team as an Industrial Training Technician and play a key role in building a skilled, safety-focused workforce. You'll design and deliver training programs that enhance employee capabilities and drive operational excellence on the plant floor.

What will you do?
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety best practices
  • Manage the Learning Corner by coordinating training resources and leading short interval management activities
  • Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve materials to maximize learning impact
  • Collaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training priorities and resolve challenges

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 58, 000-63, 000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
