Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team full-time. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure outstanding resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
- Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Must be available to work 12-hour shifts
