Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Full-Time | $96, 000$115, 000 Annually | Sign-On Incentive + Quarterly Bonus ReGenesis Health Care | Spartanburg, South Carolina Join a Mission-Driven Behavioral Health Team ReGenesis Health Care is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care within our Federally Qualified Health Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who wants to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community while working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, behavioral health clinicians, and other members of an integrated care team. The PMHNP will evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of mental health conditions for adult and pediatric patients, including medication management, patient education, care coordination, and appropriate referrals. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, collaborative, compassionate, and committed to timely, accurate documentation and evidence-based care. What Youll Do Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose acute and chronic behavioral health conditions. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for patients with mild to severe mental health disorders. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications and other treatments within the scope of practice and applicable regulations. Order, review, and interpret appropriate laboratory tests and diagnostic studies. Obtain and document relevant medical, psychiatric, social, and medication histories. Assess treatment response, medication effectiveness, side effects, adherence, and safety concerns. Provide patient and family education, counseling, and health promotion related to behavioral and mental health needs. Coordinate care with primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, specialists, community resources, and other members of the care team. Make timely and appropriate referrals when a patient requires a higher level of care or specialty services. Complete accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) in accordance with organizational policies and clinical standards. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all applicable clinical, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary of $96, 000$115, 000.
