Production Lead - (Rack Assembly /1st Shift)

1. Evaluate and distribute workloads of team members, as needed.

2. Coordinate with HR the training and onboarding of new employees.

3. Ensure teams are producing products that meet quality specifications.

4. Gain familiarity with and comply with all safety requirements and protocols for working in a hazardous environment.

5. Respond to assigned requests and completing work based on priority; communicate work statuses with supervisor.

6. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).

7. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.

8. Contribute to team efforts.

9. Ensures teams are maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

10. Trained and certified in area assignments.

11. Other duties as assigned.
