Description:

What You'll Do
  • Lead day‑to‑day plant supply chain operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, production scheduling, and procurement.
  • Oversee procurement and scheduling execution to ensure service metrics and customer demands are met.
  • Manage inventory control programs across all material types; drive inventory accuracy and reductions.
  • Manage plant inventory investments, reviewing stock levels, inventory turns, and liquidation of obsolete inventory.
  • Optimize shipping and receiving operations, including onsite and offsite warehouse environments.
  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What You Bring - Experience, Skills, & Education

Required
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Ability to lead teams, coach others, and assess performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across varied roles.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, materials flow, and safety practices.
  • Ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Availability outside normal work hours.


Preferred
  • Master's degree.
  • APICS CPIM certification.
  • 2-5 years of experience in plastics or fabrication environments.
