1. Provide technical skill, knowledge, and judgment to ensure designs meets the customer's specific needs.

2. Provide technical input and support in the advancement of materials.

3. Provide design support for custom and proprietary product development.

4. Perform "Design for Manufacturing" & standard check doc process as required.

5. Manage multiple projects effectively while communicating regularly to stakeholders and meeting project timing

commitments.

6. Support the activities necessary to meet or exceed the financial objectives of both sales growth and profitability

for this offering.

7. Support the execution and continuous improvement of the quality policy and procedures as appropriate.

8. Ensure project requirements are clear/customer needs are met/vetting projects as needed when information is

vague or not available.

9. Ensure ISO compliance / adherence on all processes within group.

10. Design products per ORBIS standards/guidelines.

11. Other duties as assigned.
