Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 (plus $1.00 shift differential)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Complete necessary assembly operations according to the design print.

2. Follow all necessary steps in assembly process to ensure top quality product.

3. Safe and proper use of all hand tools required.

4. Safe and proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment) required for the job.

5. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI and follow standard work.

6. Actively participates in 5S and Safety activities.

7. Contribute to team efforts by working together and accomplishing tasks as required.

8. Ensures all work meets quality standards.

9. Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience

Required:

• Entry level

• Familiar with small power tools (drills, screwdrivers

and grinders)

Desired:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience

• 1-3 years of experience in plastics

manufacturing or fabrication setting
