Weekend Receptionist Position

Pay Range: $15 - $16 per hou r

Hours: 9am - 6pm Weekends

This position performs as the initial contact with the public for our 5 Star Center in beautiful Columbia, South Carolina. Must enjoy working with the public and able to do so in an effective, courteous and confidential manner.

NHC Parklane is home to a 180 bed post-acute 24-hour skilled nursing Health Care Center.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to type at least 45 words per minute with accuracy.
• Pleasant and helpful personality both in person and via the telephone.
• Proficiency in standard English.

Position Highlights:

• Greet and assist visitors.
• Answer telephone in a pleasant clear voice, using proper English. Screen or transfer calls, taking and delivering messages when appropriate.
• Complete and assemble admission package.
• File various documents.
• Sort, open and date mail at Administrator's discretion.
• Understand and follow Company and Center policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Screen Partners and Visitors
