We are currently looking for an exceptional and experienced Physical Therapist to join our passionate team. Our physical therapy team works toward specific goals of achieving the resident's highest functional level of independence. Successful candidates will have the following:
  • Experience with PCC preferred
  • Licensed in the state of S.C. (Required)
  • Experience in LTC/ Rehab setting is preferred


The Staff Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
