Description:
As a Systems Engineering Supervisor, you will lead a team of 5+ systems engineers working on a broad range of production, project, and R& D work that stretches across the defense, transportation, and energy sectors. In this role, you will have an opportunity to interface with customers, deliver products, and shape the trajectory of our business as an employee owner.
As Systems Engineers, your team is accountable for technical execution of our programs and are responsible for system requirements, interface management, V& V plans, and technical direction with the electrical, mechanical, software, and test teams. As a supervisor at ARA, you will remain highly involved in the technical execution and mentor the team towards lowest risk solutions that meet customer requirements.
