Position Summary

As a Dietary Aide, you will support the dietary team in preparing and serving meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment. Your work plays a key role in ensuring residents receive quality nutrition and a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with meal preparation and tray setup
  • Serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
  • Clear trays and assist with dishwashing and cleanup
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow food safety and infection control procedures
  • Support the dietary team with daily operations
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Dietary or food service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Compassion for an underserved population
