Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to install, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chillers, air dryers, and ice makers. Responsibilities include processing work orders, troubleshooting systems and ordering supplies.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing and completing work orders
  • Interacting with customers on a daily basis
  • Ordering equipment supplies, repair components, general items for service
  • Reading and understanding electrical and wiring diagrams
  • Installing and repairing various HVAC equipment, chillers, air dryers, ice makers and other related air treatment products
  • Installing aluminum modular piping
  • Observing and testing newly installed systems
  • Troubleshooting refrigeration equipment and compressed air dryers and air treatment failures

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Five years experience as a refrigeration technician
  • HVAC 608 certification
  • Braising and soldering skills
  • Knowledge of local building codes
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics
  • Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
  • Clean driving record
