Are you looking for a phenomenal opportunity in Aiken, South Carolina? Come join our team at Emerson Discrete Automation. We are currently looking for a Fabrication Group Lead
The Fabrication Group Lead is responsible for supervising the Fabrication Supervisors across all shifts to ensure seamless operations, productivity, and quality standards in the Fabrication department. This role involves direct supervision of Fabrication supervisors, coordination between shifts, and implementation of standard methodologies, continuous improvement projects, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. The Fabrication Group Lead will collaborate with other departments to achieve production goals, uphold high-quality standards, and promote a positive work environment passionate about achieving desired outcomes.
