Job Description

Darling Ingredients Inc is hiring a Administrative Assistant Ita in Ita, SC. This is a full-time position.

Location: Belo Horizonte

Area: Foreign Trade

Level: Senior

Responsibilities:

  • Manage export and import operations;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients, traders, and distributors;
  • Negotiate international contracts, pricing, volumes, and logistics terms
  • Coordinate foreign trade documentation processes (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, certificates, etc.);
  • Engage in the prospecting of new markets and clients;
  • Monitor international logistics, ocean freight, insurance, and delivery timelines;
  • Track market trends, domestic and international pricing, and competition within the mineral sector;
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to ensure operational efficiency;
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and corporate compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience (8-10+ years) in foreign trade;
  • Proven experience in the international trading of minerals;
  • Track record of negotiating with domestic and international clients;
  • Advanced knowledge of Incoterms, international logistics, and export contracts;
  • Fluent English (required);
  • Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade;
