Office Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 7: 15 AM - 4: 30 PM
• One Saturday per month: 7: 45 AM - 12: 00 PM

• Associate's Degree
• Registered Dental Hygiene active state license, included but not limited to, radiograph, CPR, and local anesthesia state required certifications.
• Pediatric experience, preferred
