Position Summary
As a CNA - Baylor, you will provide hands-on care to residents while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This role is ideal for those seeking higher earnings with a condensed schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Follow care plans and collaborate with the nursing team
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts consistently
