We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. If you're passionate about helping patients regain mobility and independence, we'd love to have you on our team.

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapeutic services that help residents recover, improve mobility, and maintain functional independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient therapy treatments as outlined in care plans
  • Assist residents with exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist
  • Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
  • Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
  • Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina
  • Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for helping patients regain independence
