We are seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. If you're passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve daily functioning, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Summary

As a COTA, you will work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services that help residents improve daily living skills, strength, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver occupational therapy treatments as outlined in care plans
  • Assist residents with activities to improve ADLs, mobility, and coordination
  • Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Occupational Therapist
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications
  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active, unencumbered COTA license in South Carolina
  • Experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred
  • Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
